MAIN BODY Data analysis: Data analysis is the important part of the research where the data which has been gathered by the researcher are synthesized into the data which can be used to draw the conclusions and findings. In the current study, questionnaire tool is used to collect data. Two questionnaires are made which is for employees and second one is for manager which is related to role of managers and leaders in employee development and well-being in the organization.
