Data analysis:
Data analysis is the important part of the research where the data which has been
gathered by the researcher are synthesized into the data which can be used to draw the
conclusions and findings. In the current study, questionnaire tool is used to collect data. Two
questionnaires are made which is for employees and second one is for manager which is related
to role of managers and leaders in employee development and well-being in the organization.

Interpretation: From the above graph it can be analysed that there is a need of development and
well being of the employees in the workplace. There are 11 people out of 20 who went with yes,
5 said no and 4 respondent said maybe there is an importance of development and well being in
an organization.

Interpretation: From the above picture it can be concluded that Tesco is being able to match the
expectations of the workforce. 8 respondent opted for strongly agree, 6 agreed, 2 were neutral
and 3 and 1 respondent opted for disagree and strong disagree for the statement.
