RationalIn present study, Social media is help people to participate and improve skills to be usedin hospitality sector. Also, the impact of social media in business operation and values is alsomajor concern behind the research project. Such kind of measures has been taken into account byresearcher because many businesses are investing on up gradation of technology in process butthe results of such investment has not been measured previously (Dahnil And et.al., 2014). It ismotivated experts to select the topic and ensure about the understanding of social mediacommunication. Alone with this, another rational of the present study is to bridge the gapidentified in previous studies. Moreover, hospitality sector which is improved current marketnetwork for improve new customer in market place. It is important to understand and explore theimpact of such development of hospitality business. METHODOLOGY1. Data collection methodIn order to appropriate research is one of the most important part in research work tocollect new data form different source. There are basically two kinds of method is to be used forcollect new data. In addition, primary data are those methods which is collect for the first time.On the other hand, secondary method are those which is collect with the help of journals, booksand articles. In this context, quantitative investigating consider case study and in-depth interviewwith the worker (Fan and Gordon 2014). In addition, open, organized and semi-structuredexamination will be more appropriate as this has an interrogation guide with set of questionsalready been prepared to get answered. In secondary research depends on the previouslypublished academic literatures, theories and also the location of pertinent literature. In order tomake sure, the collected literature are verifiable and reliable, the researchers should able tocritically evaluate those literatures by comparing with other different attested sources. Sampling techniquesTechniques selected form sampling is also essential to refer by top management. It is helpto achieve goals and objectives in research work. There are different kinds of techniques must beused to improve overall development in market share. The present research study is to be focusedtowards probabilistic approach to be used in work place (Grayson and Hodges 2017).
