I also learned about different corporate structures and challenges they face because of increase in globalisation. I also gets knowledge about research methodology and techniques which are used for making research more authentic and relevant. I learned proper leadership and communication skills which helps me to manage and coordinate team members. There were some conflicts in team members because of which some activities were performed twice leading to shift in deadline. With the help of Gantt Chart it became easy to divide task into smaller activities and put it into sequential steps which reduced conflicts and coordinate efforts of team members. The best outcome was conducting research with fun and complete it in allotted budgets. All this helped me to achieve aims and objectives of the study which will provide assistance to me in future and increases scope to conduct relevant research. Recommendation There are some recommendations for manager of Sainsbury'sthrough impacts and challenges can be reduced so that there are positive impacts of globalisation on organisation. First of all,Impressive leadership skills will have company to reduce challenges of globalisation which will reduce resistance of employees to accept changes in structure of company.
