main reason behind selecting this research project is that it supports investigator in determining the
significance of having cultural diversity in workplace as well as analyzing the benefits of managing

different methodologies that investigator will use are mentioned below:
Research philosophy: two philosophies are there including positivism and interpretivism which are mainly used by
researcher in the research. Positivism research philosophy will be considered in this research as it uncover the laws
which govern behaviour of human.
Research approach: inductive and deductive of two approaches that investigator mainly used in the study.
Deductive research approach will consider in this research as this approach aims to test a theory and begins usually
with hypothesis.

Research strategy: in relation to this research, survey strategy will be taken into consideration to collect data and
information on the topic by taking responses on the questions from selected number of respondents.
Research design: qualitative and quantitative are the two designs of research from which quantitative research
design will be used by investigator in this particular research as this allows researcher to collect quantitative
information on the topic and ensure accuracy of the research outcomes.
Data collection method: in this particular research, the data will be collected in two ways by using the primary and
secondary method of Data collection. The primary data will be collected through questionnaire which consist of
several questions associated with the research topic which needs to be answered by the respondents. On the other
hand, secondary data will be gathered through using online sources, books and journals.
Sampling: the two methods of sampling includes probability and nonprobability sampling from which probability
sampling will be taken into consideration in this research. Simple random probability sampling method will utilise to
select a sample size to get responses on the research questions. The reason behind selecting this method it
eliminates biasness at the time of collecting data. 40 respondents will select to get responses on the research
questions.
