This research proposal focuses on reducing workplace discrimination by managing equality and diversity in the organization, specifically in Hotel Hilton. The aim is to analyze the impact of managing equality and diversity on the performance of the company. The objectives include analyzing ways of maintaining equality and diversity, evaluating the benefits of reducing workplace discrimination, and analyzing the importance of equality and diversity in the firm. The research questions revolve around the ways of maintaining equality and diversity. The research will be conducted using qualitative research methods, with an inductive approach and interpretivism philosophy. Data will be collected through a combination of primary and secondary sources, and thematic analysis will be used for data analysis.
