The research proposal aims to analyze human resource management practices in Desin Holding Private Limited, a Singapore-based company that deals with ship management, shipping agency services, and worldwide ocean cargo transportation. The study will measure the current HR practices, performance appraisal, development of HR, and pay practices of the organization. The research design framework involves both qualitative and quantitative approaches, using questionnaires, interviews, and secondary data sources. The objectives of the study are to identify best HR management practices for the organization and provide recommendations for improvement.
