Title-To assess an impact of the Talent management on the performance of an organization in context of travel and tourism sector organization: Study on Hilton Hotel Background The role of human capital had been rapidly changed over years where it is used for emphasizing solely on hiring; employee benefit and payroll till the strategic human resource have been introduced. Thereafter, function of human resource involved within an organization’s business strategy that includes development of an enterprise like training, communication, compensation system etc. Talent management means as identification and the growth of existing talent within company’s resources.The present study is based on Hilton hotel; a leading corporation operates as a preeminent hospitality sector organization in entire UK.Furthermore, the report includes review of an impact of talent management on the organizational performance. Moreover, it also highlights the methodology used for gaining validity and reliability of the report. This study would helps in making in depth analysis of the talent management and its associated effects.

Literature review In accordance toThunnissen (2016), Talent management is seen as an emerging concept in today’s business organizations. Human resource serve as most essential element in achieving the competitive advantage, the company which function or operate at the worldwide level had started for their significance and value. It has been stated by theShanker and et.al., (2017),that retaining best talent had a direct impact on profitability of an enterprise and this in turn leads the company towards long term success. In order to retain employees, it is important to have best talent management practices. In opinion ofMone, London and Mone, (2018), by adopting different practices in relation to the talent management plays a crucial role in motivating & retaining talented employees within the premises. Different functions of human resource such as training, succession planning, performance management, recruitments etc plays critical role in incorporation of an effective practices regarding talent management. Dubey and et.al., (2017),stated that effect of talent management has a great impact on efficacy of an entity as if the TM practices of an organization are transparent & efficient, then it would create better coordination and work culture by which employees could work in developing their respective competencies and the skills that in turn helps the firm in preparing it for dynamic business environment and also as changing responsibilities and role.
