The reason for choosing this topic is that it is a current issue in London as child as 28 percent of children's of age between 2 to 15 years were obese. So, b y conducting this study, researcher will gain understanding and knowledge about the cause and symptoms of childhood obesityin London. Further, researcher will also identify the actual impact of this disease on the healthy of children as well as also know the symptoms which is important for researcher in the future because it is important to keep in touch with current issues. On the other hand, academic interest of child is another reason for choosing this topic as scholar will learn and understand the types structure of conducting the research and this study

will also make them learn about the dissertation format.Section Three: Literature sources searchedUse of key literature sources to support your research question, objective or hypothesis: According to Noonan, (2018) Obesity is one of the biggest concern of United Kingdom especially childhood and adults obesity. It is the condition in which abnormal or excessive fat accretion in fatty tissue impairs health. In addition to this, the state of being grossly fat or overweight and the type of disorder that includes excessive body fat that increases the risk of health issues is called as obesity. It is very shocking report that, 1 in 5 childesare obese between the age group of 4 to 5 years along with more than 1 on 3 ere obese with between the age of 10 to 11 years. About 28 percent children's of age between 2 to 15 years were obese in 2016 in London. It has becomes a critical issue for children and there families because it is directly affecting the physical as well as mental health that could be continued into further life scale. As per the view of Marchesi and et.al., (2016) there are tow main factors that cause obesity in children's are behaviour and genetic. Behaviour includes eating of high calorie's food, no physical exercises, low nutrient food easting junk food and all sedentary activities like playing games, watching TV, bad sleep routines etc. These are the main cause of obesity. Bleich and Vercammen, (2018) stressed that, it is very important to take immediate step to overcome the prevalence of childhood obesity because obesity during the pace of childhood leads

to serious impact on the body in different ways. Like obesity could cause High Blood pressure, excessive level of cholesterol that raise the risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD). On the other hand, another Meal and et.al., (2016) stated that, child could suffer from type 2 diabetes because of insulin resistance and impaired glucose tolerance. Type 2 diabetes is very dangerous for children's because theimpact of this diseases is also on mental health. Pearce and et.al., (2018) said that, breathing issues are also developed by the obesity and could cause various diseases like sleep apnea and asthma. Additionally, the obesity makes the entire body discomfort because of joint pains. Brown and et.al., (2015) argued that, the main impact from which child suffer by obesity is mentally pressure and depression. This is one of the biggest issues because it sometimes block the mind of humans. Thus, it is very important to take step and overcome the prevalence of disease. The department ofhealth in UK has taken initiative to overcome childhood obesity as they havelaunched various campaigns and proposed healthy life's by advising physical exercises, treatments and consumption of healthy food. Cairney and et.al., (2019) said that, The London Food Strategy is one of the best strategy to overcome the childhood obesity. There are six priorities in this strategy which are healthier environment by in-taking ofgood food at home, eating and shopping of good food, intake of good food outside,supporting healthier habits, increasing sustainable growing of food, making good food systemSection Four: Activities and timescalesIntroductionThis is another one of the most important section of the research proposal it is because it makes clear understanding if all the techniques and methods that researcher will use in conducting the research.
