Introduction
Equality and diversity plays most important role for growth and development of
organisation. Equality facilitates organisation to offer equal treatment to all individuals without
discriminated on any basis (Dashper, 2019). Diversity is defined as respecting values for every
individual while placing positive values among them.
Aim
“To analysis the impact of gender inequality on productivity and performance of an
organisation”. A case study on Hilton Hotel
1.1 Identify a specific researchable topic area
Present research will be conducted on the challenge of gender equality. It has been
evaluated that Hilton hotel is facing the issue of gender inequality.
1.2 The importance of the problem
It has been evaluated that equality and diversity plays essential role through which
organisation can treat each and every individual within workplace equally. It is essential for an
organisation to overcome the problem of gender inequality in order to offer maximum job
satisfaction to every worker. In addition to this, it has been identified that maximum number of
employees within organisation. It has been evaluated that this problem is having negative impact
upon performance and productivity of employees that affects growth and development of
organisation.
