5.1 Reflection
I am glad that I got this opportunity to perform investigation over such as topic i.e. Does
globalisation increase or decrease business innovation. This supported me in improving my
knowledge regarding the globalisation and manner in which it bring innovation. Research is
necessary process and I followed all the required procedure in conducting an investigation
regarding specific areas. I followed all the ethics related to research in relation to minimizing
chance of any kind of conflicts and errors. Under this, main obligation is related to the execution
of the research to keep the information and data of respondents private or not to be disclosed.
Other than this, I faced some issues related to cost and time. These both are the main errors or
issues which is managed by me in order to properly implement research activities. I also faced
issue related to collection of data in accurate manner. I was not able to gather data from reliable
and authentic sources about specific area. This present investigation helps me in increasing my
ability of data collection by using primary and secondary sources.

knowledge regarding the globalisation and manner in which it bring innovation. Research is
necessary process and I followed all the required procedure in conducting an investigation
regarding specific areas. I followed all the ethics related to research in relation to minimizing
chance of any kind of conflicts and errors. Under this, main obligation is related to the execution
of the research to keep the information and data of respondents private or not to be disclosed.
Other than this, I faced some issues related to cost and time. These both are the main errors or
issues which is managed by me in order to properly implement research activities. I also faced
issue related to collection of data in accurate manner. I was not able to gather data from reliable
and authentic sources about specific area. This present investigation helps me in increasing my
ability of data collection by using primary and secondary sources.
5.2 Recommendation
There are some recommendations given below:
Lycamobile Company should enhance its market reach by brining innovation and offer its
services in global market place.
It is necessary that company should follow all the norms and ethics to conduct its
business at global level.
For the innovation, Lycamobile should hire the talented employees, which can give their
contribution in performing the business activities and thinking new ideas about making
the services more attractive.
Lycamobile should adopt the new and advanced technology so that innovation can be
made in an effective manner.
5.3 Alternative Research Methodology
This present report is based on the “Does globalisation increase or decrease business
innovation.” This research work is to be supported on some of the reasons for conducting the
research activities in order to address issues. In this, research methodology plays a necessary role

for collecting the data and information regarding specific research area. In conducting this
research, questionnaire has been used as a research methodology or for collecting the
information in accurate manner. It is time consuming and the cost saving method. On the other
hand, an alternative methodology that can be used interview. In this, researcher can ask the
questions from selected respondents regarding particular area and it is an effective way to
determine their opinion in an effective manner. It helps in provide the accurate as well as reliable
information about the research topic.
