Overview of the Research
The study mainly aim to analyse talent management as a strategic priority for the
business to gaining more advancement, therefore, talent management is an imperative aspect
which plays vial role in hiring, recruiting and selecting the right candidate for the job profile to
enhance the operational ability of the business (Bailey and Burhouse, 2019). Businesses need to
consider talent management as the strategic priority to effectively assessing talent at workplace
and increasing the professional ability of the business. Here the assessment is based on the study
of Bentley which is British manufacturer and marketer of Luxury car and SUVs. The headquarter
of the firm is in Cricklewood, London, United Kingdom.
Rationale of the Research
The key rationale behind executing research over this aspect of analysing aspects of
talent management as strategic priority along with analysing its role in leading improved success
and productivity of a firm is that, talent management is the widely considered issue in today’s
business scenario as organisations are facing a lot issues in managing talent at workplace (Brown
and et. al., 2018). Therefore, the study is imperative in enhancing individual knowledge in
connection to the component of talent management and how it creates benefits for the business.
Another intention of developing research over this area is the personal interest of the investigator
who wants to gain significant idea about the concept and attain effective academic records. The
study is significant for the learners to gain suitable idea and also providing benefit for Bentley in
resolving the issues related with talent management and consider this a strategic priority to lead
the business towards gaining success (Gill and et. al., 2018).
Research Aim
To evaluate the key aspects of talent management as strategic priority along with analysing
its role in leading improved success and productivity of a firm. A project on Bentley.
