Introduction
Talent management is defined as a procedure of identify, recruit and retain workers who
drive success of company. Thus, it is one of the important priority of manager to
understand the organizational performance based over its employees. As it provides
assistance in managing talent at working area by giving them proper guidance and
motivation to perform well. Basically, it is strategic priority of company to manage their
talent by recruiting as well as develop candidates skilled as per vacant job position. This
can be beneficial in retaining talented workers at working area for long period of time.
If employees are effectively managed and properly managed, then they give their best
efforts for attaining their allotted targets.
