This research proposal aims to study the effectiveness of performance appraisal system on employee motivation, specifically focusing on Waitrose. The research will use qualitative methodology and primary research to gather data. The population frame will consist of 50 managers, and a random sampling strategy will be used. Ethical considerations include participant anonymity and ensuring that the research does no harm.
