Introduction
1. Background information and outline of the problem: work life involves a major part of an
individual’s life and their lifespan. Thus, it is important that such individuals become satisfied
with the way of life. However, in the race of having better opportunities and career than the
others and to move ahead of others the employees try to give their best. Thus, such an employee
gives their best and ends up working for long hours.
2. The aim of the report is to highlight the issues that are associated with working for long hours,
the issues that are faced by the employees and also to provide the suggestions or
recommendations to reduce the same.
