study is also focused upon digital technology and how it benefit to professionals in workplace
and organization.
Digital technology are electronic tools, device and resources which generate and
process data. For example social media, online games and mobile phones etc. Also, it enables
different amount of information which can be compressed on small storage device that can be
easily preserved and transported. In addition to this, digital technology further transformed
how people communicate, learn and work. So, society and companies are benefitted by using
digital technology, along with offer various learning opportunities as well. Hence, variety of
organizations recruit experts and professionals who possesses strong ability of digital
technology that directly cause positive impact upon business.
Digital technologies assist to improve the overall business operations (Sternard,
2020). With regard to the same, technology helps to track and streamline the process and
maintain the data flow. In addition to this, company can easily manage the contacts and
employee record that helps to decrease the operation’s cost as well as assist to grow rapidly in

professionals tries to provide a positive working environment to their employees and this in
turn leads a business towards further level of success (Briken and et.al., 2017). Moreover, it
is analyzed that range of technologies are implemented by the professionals in order to
improve the business operations. Such that robots are used by the hospitality industry in order
to provide effective customer service and this in turn improve the overall brand image of a
company in better manner.

the student’s flexibility. So, it is analyzed that professionals and student within education
sector are benefitted by implement the advance technology at workplace.
