Moreover, different authors' views on this aspect will be introduced through thisassignment. Along with this, research proposal including methods of data collection, planningfor research project accomplishment can be expressed. There are various tools of social medial used by the enterprise like, video sharing instantmessaging, widgets, photos etc. It helps the organisation in establishing communication withcustomers on broader level.
