RESEARCH TOPIC2 Research topics 1: To evaluate the role of leadership on the organizational performance, a case study of Woolworths Significance In the current era, leadership plays an imperative role in the accomplishment of the organizational task. The leadership could provide a path to the firm operating the business in a systematic manner. It is a way by which a leader of the organization could increase possibilities of obtaining a favorable result in the context of the organizational issue. Further, the organization could be needed to increase their knowledge about different methods of leadership styles named autocratic leadership, democratic leadership, transactional, and transformational leadership. The depth understanding of leadership style could be supportive to increase the interest of employees for meeting the aim of the study (DuBrin, 2015). Research topic 2: To discover the impact of HR practices on employee performance, a case study of Woolworths Significance In the organization, HR practices is also an imperative factor for increasing the probability of obtaining a positive result. The human resources manager could use effective activities for the attainment of the organizational task. It is stated a manager of the form could work on certain factors named effective communication tool, health policy, and compensation policy that is effective for operating the business activities. The human resource practices could lead to the manager for retaining the employees for long-term in the working place (Paillé, et al., 2014). Research topic 3:
RESEARCH TOPIC3 To examine the role of training and development on the organizational performance, a case study of Woolworths Significance In the recent business era, training and development is an imperative method that could lead to the employee for improving the skills of employees in the least time. It is stated that training and development could facilitate to top management to identify that employee who has fewer skills to meet their goal. An effective training and development method could lead to operate the business and increase possibilities to get higher competitive advantages. The training and development tool could also affect the productivity of the employee by inspiring each employee to perform well in the working place without any stress (Tahir, et al., 2014). Research Topic 4: To examine the impact of employee motivation of the higher job satisfaction Employee motivation is being a major concept in the current era as it enables the firm to operate the business function in a systematic manner. Employee motivation is a tool that is practiced by the organization to retain its employees in the working place and increase their competitiveness. In addition, it is examined that employee motivation could be affected by two factors named internal and external. The organization should be needed to gain their knowledge which factor affects the employee and implement it accordingly for getting a positive response.For example, some employees of the firm could be motivated by the working place while others were motivated by the rewards system hence the organization should comprehend the actual need of employees and work accordingly (Lăzăroiu, 2015).
