also height such as website like eBay, Walmart are the competitors of company. This report
comprises of brief overview about chosen topic, research aims objectives and literature
review. Then further more research methodology and data collection techniques as well as
ethical consideration have been discussed briefly.

business activities and the exhibition is becoming difficult time also covid-19 has reduced
employment opportunities globally. It is important for enterprise to retain employees on the
basis of which they are able to achieve their goals and object is within time interval.
Moreover it has been also specified that effective approaches are required to be adopted in
order to reduce the impact of covid-19 within business. This was also reported that covid-19
team role and 40% have stated that it has negatively impacted up on productivity level of
business. After the occurrence of this pending situation, the selected firm was unable to
arrange the resources for business activities and make decisions to enhance productivity at
worldwide.
Due to the pandemic situation, employees are leaving their current job and also it
increases the turnover rate within enterprise. Due to increase of employee turnover rate
employment opportunities are being exploited. Furthermore, effective decision making is
required to be carried out so that and fi can easily deal with the problem appropriately. Many
changes have been also drawn by the different business organisations with purpose of dealing
with covid-19. During this crisis both employers and employees were tested for their beliefs,
capabilities and knowledge as well as how they perform in management in this critical
situation. Main impact of covid-19 on talent management was that additional resources
required that too at higher cost and which affected the business operation of Amazon.
Moreover this was examine to that selected company hired wide number of employees at
global level and this makes it possible for them to executive functions smoothly.

It is an important concept which is required to be carried out which propositions
through which appropriate benefits are obtained by them. This has been also stated that this
concept is wider and broader which is essential for Amazon to apply it in business level.
Moreover, it is a global organisation this makes it necessary for them to retain the talent and
skill employees so that benefits are achieved properly employees. It is also seen that due to
