skills and knowledge are required for effective outcome. Hospitality industry is fast growing in
the market and number of organisation has earn maximum profit from it. The given assignment
is based on Thomas Cook founded in 1841 at England, United Kingdom. This provides various
products such as Charter and scheduled passenger airline, cruise line, hotel and resorts, package
holidays and services of travel agencies. This assignment is divided into three task which discuss
about operation of resort management and their functions, importance of quality system and
incident taken place in resort. As per scenario given is questions there is discussion about resort
management practices in Caribbean. This highly depends on tourism sector so in order to
continue it as same should adopted best practices. It has used various environmental practices for
