Further this project discusses about different measures implemented by business in resort
management. Quality system focus on economies of scale, thus it will increase overall
productivity and profitability of business. This report emphasis on management structure which
is essential for maintaining sustainability at work place. End of this project there is brief
description about implementing procedures to deal with incidence like natural, medical, etc. in
compliance with UK/European legislation
