INTRODUCTION
Resource development, utilization and management refer to procedure of arranging those
assets that contributes to achieve short, long and medium term goals in effective manner. By
developing and using essential resources related to specific specialist area, individual person has
gained strategic objectives in appropriate manner, which is quite essential for them to do that.
The current assignment will be based on, particular specialist area. The study will explain
purpose of using resources in lifelong learning, effectiveness of specific resource, principles of
resource design and sources that inform their development. It will also justify theories of
inclusive curriculum design, resources utilization, employ each asset to engage individual needs
of learning and ways in which it can be stored as well as classified. Furthermore, lastly the report
will clarify legal requirements related to resource development and use, & effectiveness of
designing own resource, along with strengths, as well as areas for improvement including action
plan.
TASK 1
1.1 Explaining purpose of resources in learning and teaching
Learning and teaching are two different, but useful elements that put positive impact on
performance and effectiveness of individual who are able to teach and learn something new,
related to field in which they are taking interest, more than other specialist areas (Ihnatova and
et.al., 2021). Learning refer to procedure of understanding something different from current
knowledge regarding a particular thing. It is considered as continuous process that may drive the
attention of individual person toward comprehending and gaining info about essential and
beneficial concept. While, teaching is defined as action of providing knowledge to someone,
such as students about a topic, regarding that they effort to write specify and justify content. In
the academic world, there are varied forms of resources accessible related to both terms. For
example, visual prompt as key resource may utilize in the context of teaching activity, that may
enable tutor to develop understanding among learners about certain things by using videos,
images or photographs that may increase likelihood the individual candidate have appropriate
resources to academic stimuli (Cancino, Silva and Gatica, 2021). Teachers support is also
included in list of teaching assets that a tutor may utilize to achieve desire outcomes in term of
enhancing students performance and comprehending about multiple things.

Like teaching, there are several types of learning resource also utilized in the academic
organization, by the students, for purpose of progressing and succeed in effective and appropriate
manner. For instance, reinforcing learning is the best resource that a student may utilize and
continuously used to grow rapidly and in productive way (Roder and et.al., 2021). It refers to a
specific area of machine learning that is concerned with how intelligent teachers ought to take
actions in an environment, in order to increase thought of cumulative reward. Trajectory
optimization, dynamic pathing, motion planning, controller optimization, etc. terms are included
in category of reinforcing learning. It may contribute to make students able to grow in effective
manner and reach expect result.
Independent learning through extended understanding is another resource that
students may use and gain benefits throughout that, according to their expectations and efforts
they put to achieve all terms of aims. In the academic world, teachers may take initiative to
foster, all the learners about learning something new independently, which enable them to boost
their confidence and morale, even better than last months and weeks. It may provide key benefits
to learners in term of improving their academic performance and generating awareness of their
limitations, which is quite essential for them to know that.
They may also take approach to utilize and engage themselves regarding learning styles
that most of the students prefer to use, because it may provide the knowledge about specific
areas by conducting certain activities (Fromm and et.al., 2021). For example, reflective learning
or observation, is the best example of knowledge gaining, as it may enable a learner to be more
conscious about overall process of understanding some new concepts and terms, about which
they never heard earlier and do anything in practical manner.
