this report there is discussion related to Netporter.com that is an Italian online fashion retailer that established in 2005. The company
has its operations through e-commerce has serves more than 180 countries. There is discussion related talent planning and its benefits
or the company. After that there is evaluation related to job description and person specification of warehouse manager. There is
discussion related to use of social media marketing as a platform to recruit employees. Along with that there is further evaluation of
other ways of recruitment and selection that can be used by company. After that there is job advertisement and CV formulated in this
report. There is discussion related to various legal requirements while hiring and firing the employees. In the end there is discussion

Benefits of attracting and retaining a diverse workforce
The benefits of attracting diverse employees are as follow:
Improved productivity: As the diverse employees have different ways of working as well as they have new and effective
decision making and that helps them to achieve goals and objective on time (Stafford, 2018).
Equality: Hiring diverse workforce is beneficial in promoting equality. It clearly shows the organisation that treats the
employees of different background together are able to manage their workforce with equality.
Better understanding of your customers: As different people have their own way of communication. It is seen that he
diverse employees can communicate effectively with the customers (Mokhomo, 2018). It is beneficial for them to better understand
the employees.
Talent Planning and its benefits
It is important to manage talented employees in the organisation. It is process under which skilled employees are recruited in
the organisation, they are selected for the right post and are provided training to them as per needs. It helps in maintain high
performance individuals that will be working high productivity in the organisation. This process will help to enhance the productivity
of the organisation and at the same time it benefits the company to retain the talented employees in the company (Bush, 2019). There

Culture: There is direct impact of culture on hiring and selecting of employees (Cooper, 2018). It is observe that a company
has their own norms and values and they want to hire the employees that are able to match the requirement.
External factors
Legislation: It is important for an organisation to follow the laws and legislation. So if there are changes in the laws then
company has to change their policy for selection, recruitment as well as talent management of the employees (Masters, 2020). It is
clear that laws impact the organisation and its working.
Ethics: The ethics are the principles that must be followed by a company it includes moral values as well. It is important for a
business to take care of all the ethics and moral values while they hire employees in the organisation.
