Organizations in order to run successfully are constantly evolving and changing as per
the new trends in the market and the change in the society (Schotter et al, 2017). When an
organization is undergoing through any change in their business it is important to consider
responsibilities and ethics in terms of their employees, teamwork, communication and
disruption.
Employees are considered to be one of the most important stakeholders of an
organization (Ditlev-Simonsen & Wenstøp, 2013). It is the responsibility of the organization
to make changes keeping the employees in mind and considering their perspectives so that
they can make adapt to the changes in the organization easily and also be productive for the
smooth operations of the organization.
Ethics is a key factor during the change in an organization (Sharif & Scandura, 2014).
In terms of communication, organizations need to communicate the reason for change, the
changes and the desired goals that the organization aims to achieve clearly in order to
maintain transparency in the workplace. According to scholars, transparency in the workplace
helps in building a relationship of trust among the employees (Cullen et al, 2014).
Transparency is important so that the strong relationship and the trust of the employees are
intact after the implementation of the changes in the organization.
While making changes in the organization, it is important for organizations to make
changes that are beneficial for everyone. It is important to facilitate teamwork and make the
employees participate in the change in order to give them a sense of belonging which will
make them put extra efforts that will bring gains to the organization later.

2MANAGING CHANGE
Innovation and change are considered to be disruptive to all the people who are
involved in the business. It is the responsibility of the organization to assess the outcomes of
the changes in order to make plans and be prepared to overcome any issues which may arise
during the process of change. This is important so that there are no negative impacts on the
business of the organization as well as the employees.

Ethics has become an important aspect of an organization and every organization puts
emphasis on ethics in order to make sure the healthy operations of the business of an
organization. In every organization there might be some ethical problems that may arise
which may often be detrimental to the organization. In such cases it is the duty of the leaders
to ensure that these issues are resolved. It is important for leaders to take some steps in order
to solve ethical dilemmas.
The first step is to make an assessment and make sure the leader has all the details and
facts about the ethical dilemma. It is important to make an assessment in order to have a clear
understanding of the issue. The next step that the leader needs to take is to consider
alternatives that may help in solving the ethical dilemma of the organization. The next step is
to analyze the alternatives that are considered that will help in solving the issue. It is
important to analyze the probable solutions or alternatives as this will help in understanding
which alternative is the best and will be fruitful to solve the ethical dilemma of an
organization (Aruldoss, Lakshmi & Venkatesan, 2013). The next step is of the leader is to
apply ethical principles on the alternatives that are chosen to see which decision will be the
most ethical decision that will help in solving the issue aligning with the ethical laws of the
organization. The last step that the leader needs to make is to choose the most suitable
decision that will help to solve the ethical dilemma that may arise in an organization. It is
