Objective and research question
In this article the author has shed light on the human resource practices in the Australian
mining industry. In this article it has been identified that in most of the Australian mining
organizations, the recruitment and selection process are being completed by the HR
professionals. In this article the author investigated on the opportunity evaluation process in
different firms. The research question was developed depending on understating the degree,
which is required for increasing the ability of decision making of HR professionals so that
recruitment and selection process can be done in an effective manner in Australian Mining
Industry.
Method
In order to conduct the research, both the secondary and primary data have been gathered.
By using statistical tool called SPSS, the information have been analyzed, on the other hand
Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) method and MULTIMOORA method
