successful leader, Richard Branson, who is
the owner of Virgin Group.

 Richard Branson is a
successful leader of Virgin
Group, who has taken many
important decisions.
 First decision was to leave
school at the age of 16 and
launch his business student
magazine.
 Second decision was to launch
Virgin record studio in the year
1971.
 Lastly, Richard launched Virgin
Airlines in the year 1985,
which is the major decision
taken by the leader for the
success of Virgin Group.
