typically involves diversity training and proactively management of work.
Diversity benefits: There are several benefits exist that recognised and well managed
diverse workplace. In this aspect, employees are represented basic make-up of the
community population (Cromie, Liston and Demosthenous, 2013).
Diversity challenges: In respect to ascertain several activities at workplace, group of
people work together with several differences. Therefore, diverse training is very
important for the process.
Benefits of diversity
Diversity consists several benefits that assists to create effective functioning at
workplace. In this regard, diverse perspective inspire with creativity and innovations. Cultural
influences the way in which world can be see. There are several viewpoints develop with wide
range of experience. Hence, it creates breed creativity and drive on the innovations that assists to
