INTRODUCTION Work with diverse people is the important aspect that helps to enhance market share in global areas. In this regard, mutual understanding will be develops that make closer results with using variety of styles. Further, it also leads to increase the profitability and opportunities for workers. It demonstrates commitment for diversity through aggressive outreach and recruiting efforts. It is important to workplace diversity which cannot be overstated to become leader in the market. Global market create several kinds of opportunities such as opportunities for promotion and development of employees. In the global areas, employees possess diverse language skills and multicultural understanding that build global profits centres (Smith, Jones and Hillier, 2014). Interest of employees in learning strategy also available to find the new challenges and career opportunities as well. In addition to this, exposure will be increasing towards employees from different cultural and background. They are also learned from co-workers with their learning style. Hence, good attitude about the work varies from their own fundamental aspects. It is very true for the employees in the multinational work environment (Mackelprang and Salsgiver, 2016). For example, child care, aged care, disability support, etc. (Badland, Turrell and Giles-Corti, 2013). With this regard, different concepts has been ascertained that impact on community service sector: Concept of cultural awareness: Cultural awareness is the important perspective that means understanding the differences between people on the basis of background, attitude and values. Furthermore, it also includes programs to promote diversity in the community service sector. It can be impact to community service sector to understand cultural 1
awareness in cross cultural care (I. Scheim, Jackson and R. Bauer, 2013). Further, it also helps to contribute development of relationship that are based on the cultural diversity. With the help of specific strategies, biasses and discrimination will be eliminate to deal with several clients and workers. It is determines as the set of thoughts, assumptions, perception, etc. It can be impact on the community service sector in the positive manner. Therefore, care workers need to provide appropriate and accessible services to all sector clients. When a person is culturally competent, they can easily communicate to develop the sense of trust in a practitioner and a service (Riggs, Coleman and Due, 2014). Lack of cultural competence can be impact on clients and staff members as well. Clients of service sector who feels concern about the activities, feel dismissed and ignored to use optimum services because of the cultural background and ethnically language. Concept of cultural safety: Cultural safety is another useful concept that emerged in 1980 to deliver appropriate health services. In recent time, it becomes recognise the conceptforcaresetting.Environmentofcommunityservicesectoralsoincludes spiritually and emotionally safe in which challenges and denial their identity develops (Checkoway and Aldana, 2013). It is also about the respect, meaning, experience, knowledge, etc. With the help of culturally safe practices, actions could be recognise and respect the cultural identities of other people. In this way, safely meetings will be develops according to the needs, expectation, rights, etc. Along with this, culturally unsafe practices are those that diminish cultural identity and well-being for an individual. With the help of important principles, cultural safety can be develops through focus on the cultural dimensions that are set with open minded and flexible in our attitude. communication which helps to learn about the people across the different culture. There are mainly 4 components included such as awareness of the culture in worldwide view. These elements begin with recognition that raises living in the social, educational and organisational cultures (Millwood, Li and Chen, 2013). Further, it also includes culture that shape to assumption, belief, behaviours, values, etc. It can be impact to create interesting and more challenging. These challenges also met to provide equitable, accessible and appropriate to all our clients. Question 2 Diversity and its means as workplace The concept of diversity determines acceptance and respect. It means to understand that each individual is unique and also recognise differences among several individuals. Further, diversity is also defines as the reality that created by individual and groups in the broad spectrum of the demographic and philosophical differences (Bakshy, Messing and Adamic, 2015). Apart from this, workplace diversity became very popular which determines different meaning that signed to law, diversity on the means of race, gender, colour, national, etc. It is also expanded in consequent manner to solve issues with more employers. In addition to this, workplace diversity istheno longer confinedinthe distinguishablecharacteristicand attributes.It included generational differences and variance in work styles. In respect to accomplish positive and collaborative workforce, employers begin with the training that helps to promote mutual understanding. Question 3 Factors that impact on child care In the health care perspective, environment consist National Collaborating Centre which determinant of the health that assessed challenges mainly faced by professional. Early child development needs is the main priority that solve issues in the policy and practices. Poverty is the main element that mostly create stress among the families and diminish child development. There is lack of coordination of services (Ezell, Siantz and Cabassa, 2013). Due to lack of human resources, allocation of program and services impacted for the child care development. From the several factors, following are certain factors exists that affecting the child care development: Environmental factors:Environmental factors includes housing which demonstrates child level, family level, society level and community level determinants.
