Function and Departments
Firm’s functions and departments includes:(Chimp , 2022).
 The Visions and CRM branch will be split into Client Insights, and its functions will also be
divided into Auctions, Selling, and Customer Service.
 The enterprise and manufacturing departments work closely with the purchasing team.
 3 The strategy department has a projectdirector to ensure actualroutine.
 The design department is led by designers, junior designers, senior designers, and
designer managers.

Organizational Structure
The Bernard and David Lewis family owns and uses River Island Holding Limited. The
Department head and assistants report to the head section. Divisions operate independently and
report to the President, Chief Executive Officer, and executive organization team. A flat
