Introduction
RPA is defined as robotic process automation which is an advanced
automation technology based on the notion of metaphorical software and AI
workers. In which the developers use the concept of artificial intelligence
and machine learning in order to perform the tasks that previously needed a
human interface. With the help of the RPA process, the companies can
perform various tasks including maintenance of records, solving queries
and handling transactions effectively (Anagnoste, 2018). It is observed that
robotic process automation is able to improve the performance of business
communities and reduce the human errors and problem occurred in the
systems. The major focus of this research is to examine the working
principle of RPA technology and identify the ethical issues linked with
robotic process automation. In this generation, the use of AI and machine
learning is growing rapidly and many companies are using robotic systems
for managing works effectively. This research will cover various kinds of
sections including a description about robotic process automation, ethical
issues linked with this technology and recommendation.
Description of RPA
Working of robotic process automation
It is observed that RPA enabled the companies to perform a task through
remote control systems and reduce the errors occurred in the systems.
Robotic automation mainly communicates with the IT infrastructure and
helps the companies to control and manage business activities from any
location (Asatiani, and Penttinen, 2016). The working of RPA is simple to
understand in which the developers design a machine learning program and
connect with the physical things that help for performing the various tasks
