Brief statement of the problemThe research report depicts the crucial necessity of implementing enterprise managementfor improving the business performance. The enterprise management includes differentmanagerial aspects in terms of consumer’s services, marketing opportunities, processimprovement, fraud detection, regulatory compliances etc (Rosemann & vom Brocke, (2015).The main challenges associated to the role of enterprise management are the informationlifecycle, upstream, downstream and instream performance. After identifying the problem statement for the enterprise management it is necessary totake necessary steps and strategies for mitigating the organizational issues. In order to researchstudy towards an accurate direction it is necessary to consider proper research philosophy,research approaches, data collection and resources at the same time. 2 Research aim and objectives2.1 AimThe main aim of the research is to recognize the role on enterprise management in thebusiness organization, to gain effective as well as measurable revenue from the competitivemarket. After considering the direction of dataflow it is found that the direction moves fromupstream towards downstream. The aim is to identify all the necessary strategies those areimportant to implement accurate enterprise management components.
