Hilton Hotel should havebetter strategies and leadership style that can help in the aspect of better growth aspect as well(Renz, 2016). All leaders have different leadership style that can create a better growth aspect infuture as well. If an leader would have positive attitude towards the work as well as leadershipthen there would be better changes in the organization that is the main function for each andevery organization. In creating better strategies leaders should have better impact andconversation with employees that can help in achieving the goals of an organization (Gayle,Tewarie and White Jr, 2011). In Hilton Hotel there should be better techniques that can help inthe aspect of better growth in an organization that plays an important role. It tells about basicthings like the leadership theories that plays an important role in the organization. It also tellsabout a basic function of personal management that plays an important role. It also tells about thetheories of changes and risks that can be there during the leadership process. It also tells about abasic plan that can be developed. It also tells about an impact of leadership that plays animportant role. Change management is the main aspect that can help in creating a business aspectsuccessful and reliable for future growth as well. TASK 11.1 Theories and their relevance to modern organisations.Some of the theories that are responsible for modern organization are as follows:Charismatic Theory: It is the process that can help in the aspect of better motivation toemployees. In Hilton Hotel the leaders motivate their employees that can help in the aspect ofbetter growth of the organization. In Hilton Hotel the strategies are made by the leaders that canhelp in aspect of achieving the objectives of an organization (Goetsch and Davis , 2014). If therewould be proper motivation of employees this would create a better boost in working aspect andhence by this process there would be increase in market segment as well.Bureaucratic Theory: It is the process in which there is hierarchy in organization. Andleaders create a better strategies that can help in changing the work style in an organization. Thistheory forms an better impact that can help in future growth as well. In this particular hierarchythis can create a better approach that can create a better strategies and hence by this there wouldbe better changes in the organization that plays an important role for better growth aspect aswell.Autocratic Theory: In this type of leadership theory tells about a basic aspect in which allthe decisions are taken by a leader and hence this can help in the aspect of creating a betterleadership style and strategies as well. If some particular changes are required leaders transform these changes by theprocess of better strategies that can help in creating a business aspect successful and reliable forbetter growth in an organization (Rothaermel, 2015). In Hilton Hotel it is applicable for betterchanges in the organization for better growth aspect also.Transactional Theory: In this particular theory of leadership leaders motivate and alsogive punishments if they had done something wrong. This theory is generated that can help in theaspect of creating better performance of employees and also creates better changes in theorganization that plays an important role.
