INTRODUCTIONManagement is the process that can help in the aspect of controlling the organization sothat there would be proper functioning and hence objectives can be achieved that is mainpurpose. Management functions are the main aspects that can create a better impact in businessgrowth as well. In Marriott Hotel management is done according to rules and regulations that aremade by the senior officials of an organization (Keller, Parameswaran and Jacob, 2011). Themain function of management is to make better plans and policies, better control, providingbetter direction so that the work in an organization would go in an effective way that is the mainfunction. Management plays an important role in which they solve the aspects whenenvironmental issues arises . It tells about a basic issues that can be generated in organizationbecause of some or the other aspects (Freeman, 2010). It also tells that how issues can be solvedin organization. Management is created on the basis of particular issue that had been created inan organization and hence this plays an important role for better growth aspect. This can createbetter impact only when there planning is successful.
