Leadingpeople are those people in which the employees of an organization work under their leader andaccording to their instructions and guidelines they work accordingly. Leading people takes wholeorganization with them and generates a better strategy that can help in achieving the objectivesof an organization. The leader of an organization motivates their employees regarding some ofproblems employees are facing and they try to solve it accordingly that can help inorganizational as well as individual growth of employees (Bush and Middlewood, 2013). It isessential for an leader to be positive that can help in building positive relationship and thisgenerates a better problem solving aspect and hence a team members can share their views withtheir leaders effectively and without any fear. If any new employee joins the organization, leaderis one that helps in proving a mentor of that organization that guides all essential requirementsthat every employee should know. According to all rules and regulations employee work andgenerates a better idea that can help in solving the problems of an organization.
