There are various factors which is affecting the business organisation. It is been identified that the pandemic have affected every business organisation in the various ways. This report will include various topic such as the role and impact of information and communication technology within the business organisation, various policies related to talent acquisition, learning and development and change management process, role of leaders within the organisationin taking new initiatives and at last recommend the various aspect which can be adopted by the business enterprise after covid-19 . There are various aspect in which it can be identified that the role and impact of information and communication technology is important for the business organisation. The information and communication technology helps in making the business more effective and efficient.
