INTRODUCTIONIn the current society, social work is regarded as one of the important profession forwhich an individual studies in the social science field in order to make career. This report is allabout adopting various social work theories that help all the social workers in achieving all theiraims and targets. This project is all about using different social work theories such as socialcognitive theory, system theory and empowerment theory. These theories are explained incontext of social work practices are explained clearly using real life case study examples.1.1 Critically analyse the main social work theories used in social work practiceSocial work activities conducted by an individual with a clear aim to enhancesocialisation among various individuals in the external society. Interaction theory is used by anindividual in which focus of an individual lies on interacting with various persons in a society inorder to gain higher market advantage over the external society in which the role of membersmatters a lot (Buechler, 2016). The interaction skills are required in an individual in order toeasily communicate all kinds of important announcements from one end to another in order toprovide ultimate benefit to all the parties who are interacting with each other on a commonperspective. Cultural diversity in the UK is the current trend followed by this particular countrywhich respect all the religions and people belongs to different caste and creed will enhance theoverall image of the place among the external market. Cultural diversity play a significant role in offering all kinds of social services to all themembers located in the external environment (Padgett, 2016). Family dynamic is anotherimportant trait used to depict the overall ability of all the family members in adapting withseveral changes that helps in enhancing their current skills and the capabilities in order to indulgein providing different kinds of social services to all the individuals exists in the socialenvironment as interacting with the family members is essential in order to create a comfortableenvironment in the family to implement several social practices in the external market. Thisparticular theory is nothing but just the usage of several psychological principles adopted by anindividual in improving the external market complexities imposed on an individual. Thisparticular theory will target an individual's personality that will keeps on increasing after facinglots of challenges imposed on an entity from the external market.1
