Surrounding of case study
The Case study revolves around the business management of the Royale Pizza
wanting to expand their business system. They have been in the food business for the last 20
years now. They have both online and offline food serving and selling options. Their main
focus is on developing the quality of the food that they are selling. This imbibes the fact that
better commencing of the business management gets better due to the processing and
providing of better quality food. Another concern of the business organization is to reduce the
wastage of food that takes place in their cooking process. This process requires
implementation of the processing of the renovation of the entire process. This have been the
main motive of the project.
Management structure, Style and culture
The matrix structure that is implemented in this case. In the matrix structure the main
advantage that is received includes proper management of the functional process of the
business management (Milosevic and Martinelli 2016). The main aspect that is taken into
consideration is that the reporting structure of the resources are taken into consideration for
this process. This is the main reason that proper development of the business management as
well as the renovation process is expected to get completed in a faster and better manner.
As in this case project manager is the head of the project. The technical engineer also
plays an equivalent important role in the processing of the renovation process as the project
manager. The technical engineer reports to the project manager. Contractors has to combine
with the technical engineer to function (Kerzner and Kerzner 2017). Under the contractor the
entire work force will be present. The equipment supplier and the installer and the labors are

present. The completion of the project is highly dependent on the processing of the contractor
and his stakeholders functioning as well and hence the matrix structure is to be followed.
The management style that is followed is the authoritative management style. In
authoritative case the manger needs to have long term vision. This long term vision will help
in understanding the risks that are present in the commencing of the business. This is one of
the main reason that this management style have been successful (Schwalbe 2015). With the
help of this structure the employees get a fair bit of freedom for completion of the project.
This ensures that better execution of the project will take place. Proper feedback is also
provided in this stage. This will ensure that in case the manager of the project is going wrong,
hen will be provided with honest feedbacks. This will help him understanding proper
management section of the project (Eskerod and Jepsen 2016).
Management by design culture is the management culture that will be used. This
ensures the fact that better performing of the functional process is performed. In this case
several charts regarding scheduling of the project, inclusion of budget management table will
also be included in the process.
Level of autonomy authority
The level of autonomy is high in this project. This insists the fact that the entire
projects is dependent on the functionality of the project manager, technical engineer and the
contractors, the shop owners have no say in the process that will be implemented.
Skills and attributes of stakeholders
The skills that are needed to be present includes having proper project scheduling,
budget management, proper installing of the new appliances skill must also be present among
the stakeholders. Technical engineering skills are highly required for execution of this
project.
