as per the commencing of the ERP system implementation that will help in proper monitoring
of the cost (Heagney 2016).
Teamweek is the tool that will be used for the resource monitoring phase. This
imbibes the fact that better understanding of the management purpose of the entire resource
list can be monitored.
Usage of control charts for performing the quality monitoring process will be helpful
as it compares the data generated during the functional process with the data that is supposed
to be generated (Muller and Turner 2017).

Project Performance Evaluation
The strategies and techniques that are to be followed doing project performance
evaluation includes comparing the completion time taken for activities of the project with the
projected time that was stated during the initiation of the project (Kerzner 2019). In case the
activities are performed as per the scheduled manner it is said to be a successful project.
Usage of MS Project tool can be used for creation of the schedule (Hazır 2015). After the
completion of the project the quality of the project is checked. In case the standards that were
set during the initiation of the project are followed the project evaluation can be performed
and positive results can be expected (Gan and Chin 2019). The technique that can be used
includes change management process. Cost estimation strategy is also important for the

Project Closure
Performing of the root cause analysis after the completion of the project will help in
understanding the risks mitigation after completion of the project. The risks that are
performed in this case are detected and mitigated (Abramova, Pires and Bernardino 2016).
The wiring issue is the main risk after completion of the project. Technical engineer will be
responsible for mitigating this issue as it was planned. Safety board will check the same and
provide them with certification which will mark the closure stage of the project (Battisti
2018). The closure stage activities include risk management, risk mitigation and certification
of the safety control.
