INTRODUCTIONVulnerable adults implies for the person who is of the age 18 or above and might be inthe need of care services by reason of mental or physical illness or other disability who isincapable of taking care of or himself or herself and protection of oneself from a significant harmor series exploitation. The present report it about the laws, legislation and rules regarding theprotection of the vulnerable adults in UK. Report also depicts provision of vulnerable adults,managing inter agency and integration in the context of protection as well as monitoring.TASK 11.1 Concept of safeguarding and protection:Safeguarding: This means to protect the health, welling and human rights off an adult who is atrisk and to enable them for living safely, freely away from abuse and negligence (Moore, 2016). Protection: This means to make sure that protecting the vulnerable adult for abusing activitiesand negligence and providing them necessary aid and care to keep them away from further actualharm or risk of harm.1.2 Evaluation of policy developments:The impact of policy development on approaches to safeguard vulnerable adults in ownservice setting can be defined as Our health, our care, our say; putting people first, No secretes;In safe Heads, vetting and barring schemes, Local safeguarding adults Boards policedevelopments within organisation and services have influenced the supported services atworkplace and brought in the partnership to develop and adopt the multi agency procedures andguideline relating to the safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
