Every organization desires acousticcomfort, thermal comfort and humidity. The act or code of practice applies to anyone who has a dutyof care in the circumstances described by the code. The code of practice require that the dutyholders look into all the risks that are associated with work to ensure safety and good health ofworkers in a given place. The organization’s air conditioner expert can use the Work Health andSafety policy to convince the building owners to repair the system. The management at thecompany aims at preventing any forms of ailment or injury occurring at the workplace. TheWHS act states that an employer, controller or self-employed persons are obliged to take care of

Thehealth and safety representatives conduct routine checks in buildings to ensure that eachorganization complies with the health and safety act. According to statistics, those organizations that only have their ACs checkedwhen an issue arises, tend to incur very heavy costs repairing and lose out on the system’sefficiency. Regular services maintain up to 95 percent of the system’s efficiency. 2.As a result, the probability of the Air Conditioning system breaking down at unlikelytimes, for instance, when the state is experiencing heat waves, is reduced greatly.
