INTRODUCTIONCommunication refers to exchanging of ideas and thoughts between people. This willhelp in passing information between individual at the workplace. Information is being passedfrom sender to receiver and sometimes there is a mediator that is responsible for exchanginginformation. There are different types of communication such as verbal, non-verbal, written andvisual. Effective communication will help in building good relation between employees. Report will mainly focus on information and knowledge that is required for stakeholderof different companies. It emphasizes on systems that is used for communicating information toother people and barriers that will affect communication. It will also include communicationinfluence by values and culture of the organization and benefit of technology that will hinder thecommunication process. In addition, to it policies and procedures can make effectivecommunication between employees. whom and when they communicate with others. After that company will collect the pastcommunication records and communication skills of the employees. Along with that, companywill collect data from their employees, staffs, leaders and managers of the company in order toget to know more about the communication situation in the organisation. After collection of data,company will analysis the resources and restraints of the organisation which is regarding thecommunication of the employees. After that company will do conduct the swot analysis and tryto get to know about the weaknesses and threats of the communication of the employees. Aftergetting know about the weaknesses and threats of the communication, company will do takerequired actions to improve their communication for the better improvement.From the communication audit of Tesco Company I have found that their employees areinteracting with each other effectively that will help in doing good work in the company. Thiswill help in fulfilling the objectives of the company. There are various factors that will affectcommunication but all employees are cooperating with each other. By interacting withemployees in the company will help in improving efficiency that will be providing various formsthat will help in benefit the employees for future (Mehrabian, 2017). From the audit it will befound that communication will help in improving involvement of employees in decision makingprocess. Hence, communication is the main activity that will help in providing various aspectsthat will be beneficial for employees and company. Employees of Tesco Company are frank toeach other that will provide better understanding of work and emphasize in providing differentconcepts that will be more beneficial for it. Through this effective communication it will becreating a value at the workplace. Theories of organizational communication Weber's Classic Organizational Theory This theory will be emphasizing that a clear roles and responsibilities will be defined thatwill facilitate a hierarchical, structured and clear communication between employees. Accordingto this theory there is no scope of confusion between employees. Information is being transferredfrom top level of employee to lower level (Giles, 2016). This will be emphasizing on doing workfrom different perspective that will be emphasizing on easy communication between employeesthat will help in growth of the company.For example: This theory is states that there will beclear understanding of roles and responsibilities that facilitate communication in the company.As in Tesco if there is understanding between employees then it facilitates different aspect and2
