INTRODUCTION
The report is mainly focused on the Cardio-health project that can perform different task on
machine learning related to the processing. In order to detect test data for identifying the heart
diseases. ISS Company will organise the project with the help of IT project manager whereas
they will perform various operation and function. The documentation will describe about the life-
cycle phases for project, developing kick-off meeting documentation for purpose of
requirements, needs. Furthermore, it will use project charters, shareholder register to categorise
into different manner.
MAIN BODY
Discuss about the lifecycle phases for Cardio-health Project.
Project management is a process that mapped into different groups and knowledge areas
where performing different task. IT project manager involves managing to implement project
while creating the cardio-health system that can easily track the result and identifying the
significant data test (Amponsah, 2019). It mainly including the various modules, components
that support to piece into smaller units. In order to outline technical work which primarily define

requirements. Sometimes, it also created the project schedule which involves the set of
specific plan. Each and every team created plan to manage cost, quality, risk, changes and
issues.
Execution: this process is known as implementation where it execute the plan in design
pattern. There are lot of project activities performed by cycle, put into significant action.

It intends to execute the plan which bring more accurate result. Generally, it is the longest
step of project management life cycle because there are various resources, equipment’s
applied in it. At the time of execution. Group of members are utilised all procedures,
templates and schedules that were prepared in this phase. Sometimes, there are
unexpected events or situation occurs, which are inevitably.
Monitoring and control: in this phase, it oversees all tasks and metric which needed to be
handled or taken approval (Kerzner, 2019). It is an essential requirement to understand
the scope of project with cardio-health care where it always support to enhance better
facilities and treatment. It also monitoring the overall budget so that project proceeds
with reduce risk. The process involves as compare with actual performance with proper
planning. In order to apply correct action for achieving desirable result or outcome.
Closing: it is last phase of project lifecycle and closely related with the documentation
report which produced by project manager. It always consider the overall success of
project completion. The closing process mainly involves handle over deliverables to
client, informing stakeholder of close the project.
As per discussion, it can be identified the different project stages that mainly used within project
management. It must be acquired the essential resources, budget handling, equipment’s. These
things can be possible to handle overall project activities which provided the accurate result or
outcome.
Kick-off meeting document
A kick-off meeting is based on the first meeting with proper project team and client. They
must follow to define the base element of project. During meeting, team members are focused on
the planning activities which mainly introduce the member of project. In order to provide the
better opportunity and discuss about significant role of team members (Miguel, Madria and
Polancos, 2019). Afterwards, it should be conducted the kick-off meeting with internal as well as
external stakeholders. In this meeting, each team members initiating high level discussion to
communicate or engage with other members. IT project manager has decided to share
information about the project. When it clearly define the objective of project such as

Identification of stakeholder is most common critical process in the project whereas
stakeholders are individuals, organizations and groups that may directly affected by result,
outcome, decision and activity related to the cardio-health service project (Shirley, 2020). As
project management, stakeholder register often subjected to do many changes, time to time
update information in documents. Furthermore, it is an essential that mainly used as input to
