Changes to MVP Schedule
The duration that is estimated for the MVP is 40 days which is equivalent to 8 weeks. The
estimation is done as there will be four sprints of two weeks each that will be executed to
accomplish the task (Juricek, 2014).

Schedule Management
There are changes that can be made to the MVP schedule by running any two of these sprints
in parallel and carrying out the resource distribution accordingly. This will bring down the
duration from 8 weeks to 6 weeks.
Best Estimate of Schedule
The best estimate of the schedule is illustrated in the table above. In this schedule, the sprint 3
and the sprint 4 as select health items and register & login are being carried out in parallel
with each other. This has led to the reduction of the overall schedule by 10 days and the total
duration has come down to 6 weeks (Serrador and Pinto, 2015).
