INTRODUCTION
Professional career development is considered as a most essential aspect of life of every
individual because it determines the step where an individual is progressive with the reference of
one's career (Yarbrough, 2017). In order to initiate entry within the professional work area it is
essential for the personnel in order to possess some required skills and well as knowledge along
with the competencies. These skills are needed to get better access to the professional work area
ans these are essential traits that needed to be possess in an individual's personality to supply

communication, team working, negotiation, emotional intelligence, conflict negotiation, public

“out of the box”. Thus it is important that i have creative thinking skills so that i can take my
businesses to the new heights. It will allow me to work within the businesses by devising several
ways to address the issues which emerge during the performance of work. This will facilitate
unique moves and productive directions to the businesses and extremely helpful for me. It
mainly lead towards the saving of cost, efforts and time that helps businesses in enhancing
products and service quality.

Professionals operating in the corporate world which requires to have an effective skills
of communication and it is termed as a basic skills which every manager looks up to while
choosing persons to work in their organisations. For performing my job as an efficient security
officer it is important that i have good communication skills that can help me in delivering
information in my company effectively(Neureiter and Traut-Mattausch, 2016). Effective
communication will help me in building a trusting environment in my company so that all the
employees can trust my decisions and all can work together in achieving company’s objectives.
These skills are also required so that information related to security can reach to the concerned
authority on time and will also help me in building a strong brand image of my company.
