manager job. Lastly, analysing the key areas of development and providing action plan for

Communication skills help in performing marketing manager job in better way. With
this ability will assist in inducing and promoting products much better, also helps in
communicating ideas, expectations to the consumers. These skills aid in moving products from
one place to other and exchanging ideas from manufacturers to consumers and also assists in
maintaining good relationship with the consumers, also grabs attention of audience easily with
good communication skills (Back, Tulsky and Arnold, 2020). By using proper language will help
in promoting better products, executing better ideas, and adheres better feedbacks by proper
communication and listening. Moreover, it helps in developing marketing reports and
collaborate teams with better and proper conversation.

scores between 30-40, approx 32, which tells that these are single-minded people which
