INTRODUCTION
SWOT analysis refers to the internal analysis that is required to be formulated in such a way in
order to identify the strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats that are in regard to a
systematic method of exploration (Leiber and et.al, 2018). SWOT analysis will bring for the
potential in order to identify the choices that can be made to analyse the strengths and
weaknesses along with the opportunities and threats such that or upon analysing this particular
basis one can easily move ahead with the kind of actions are the strategies that can be
incorporated to develop personally and as well as individually. SWOT analysis is also one of the
best framework in every organisation in order to move ahead with the implementation policies
such that on a time to time basis the organisational amendments can therefore be made. When a
business or an organisation is amended by the policies of leadership as well as a definite set of
theories then it is important to go with the frameworks of SWOT analysis which is internal
analysis as well as the PESTEL analysis which will portray the external factors. These factors are
important in order to move ahead with the positivity that can be gained and seizing the choices
that are adding to the weakness. The entire report will bring forth the ideology that can be made
in order to portrait the potential areas in which the swot analysis can be made. It is also useful to
move ahead with the policies that can be incorporated as a person or as an organisation based
such that they can impact on academic and professional development.

SWOT analysis is used in order to measure the strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats.
This is an important assessment for individual or for any business or industries that are usually in
the midst of their atrocities and are missing the internal as well as the external strength as well as
the weaknesses (Vlados, 2019.). It is every time important to monitor the factors because those
factors are the ones that will determine the standards of an individual or an organisation. The
term SWOT analysis was first brought about by Albert Humphrey in 1960. The SWOT analysis
is important in all the aspects because the knowledge regarding certain circumstances that are
prevailing around an individual or an organisation will determine the amount of participation of
the encouragement that is to be gained for an individual or the organisation in terms of
competition. An assessment is required in order to win over the choices that are to be made with
regard to the competitor. When it comes to an individual assessment every individual will
