INTRODUCTION Self reflection refer to all the experience a person tell or reflect which happened in the past and that person shares. The reflection writing will explain the experiences and the incident which happened in the past. MAIN BODY Behavioural Theory When I was of 15 year of age I went to the playground in my home town and after playing the game when I was coming home back after my football game with my friends, I was tired and was sweating due to the humid environment. It was late around 7:30 in the evening.I used to be like a scarred child and grown in such a way that I used to feel scared of things. The nature and nurture in the family was making me scared of things. After the game I was crossing the ground, and I was alone on a road and suddenly I felt that somebody is following me and it scared me in that situation(Park and et.al. 2017).it is because of the behavious I used to have, There was a dog who was growling and I got a physiological arousal which was increased in my heart rates rapidly and then I felt scared as I was alone in the road my emotions was the fear I felt at that situation. I was not aware that the dog was knot to the pole, and I was safe but the emotion reaction was of fear and after realizing that the dog is knot to the pole I get relaxed and realize that it is just the reaction of heart and brain which make me feel that I was not safe. So realize that day that it is just an emotion of fear which make me felt like that on that day and the environment which showed that it is a scary situation. James-lange theory: - I was close to my grandfather, he was the closest person to me and when I was 18 year old.As a person who gets scarred of litile things it is too hard for me to loose the love one. I was going to school one day and in morning I played as lot with my grandfather, when I came back to home after my school I get to know that he is dead(Arvanitopoulos, Achanta & Susstrunk, 2017). I was shattered with the pain and it took me a lot of time to understand the situation, and I was so much in pain that I have not had food for several days. Then my mother told me that its part of life and everyone have to go one day and it will remain the same ad we need to understand that its just the time which need to be changed. That thing boost me up in such a way that I was able to
develop a good focus in life and I have lots of goals which I need to achieve and it make me a dedicated person. CONCLUSION It is concluded that the emotion and reactions which are depended on the situation a person is feeling, it is the fear of emotion which shows the effect and it is concluded that situation and reaction can help you in development if they are done in the right way.
