Framework of SFIA is a defined practical tool that includes foundation of effective IT skills
which is processed by professionals. These skills are incorporated in job description and
profiles displayed by company professional to recruit worth and potential for the
organization. SFIA in much simpler term is an elaborated two-dimensional matrix i.e. the
skills and value input assets are mapped evenly across seven specific responsibility levels.
Each individual level has deep and generic definition with a brainstorming tag. With overall
explanation of each expected ICT skill at respective level, there is more specified description
of these skills at all level. SFIA framework can either be used to enhance personal profile in
professional sector and identifying skills to find right job roles and encouragement to person
specifications (El Banna, et. al., 2016).
