Introduction
According to Msongaleli, Ladislaus, & Kerem, change can be hard. This is because it
touches each aspect of organization’s overall IT infrastructure impacting on wide range of
users [1]. However, for the business institutions, organizations which could non-profit
making which want to remain competitive in the current fast-paced business world,
upgrade or change, especially in the upgrade of computer and network infrastructure is
very essential. Thanks for St John of God Health Care (SJGHC) IT management of
visualizing this. These upgrades will help the organization ensure that it is getting the
most from the technology investments and provide it with a number of specific key
advantages. SJGHC require network upgrade because its network is 11x slower than is
should be, its network traffic has increased, its employees require more time while on the
network, IT personnel has been spending a lot of time maintaining the network and it is
feared that the current network cannot support fully the present technologies such as
BYOD, BYOT and BYOPC [2].
