These programs are generally based on the statistical data and are driven by the various amounts of data that are made available to the concerned management. The Six Sigma methods are generally used in the elimination of the defects that might be present within a certain process within the organization, the products extended by the organization, or even the services that are undertaken by the given organization (Altintas, Erginel & Kucuk, 2016). The approach finds employment in the matters that pertain to the manufacturing of the product or the service and even in the areas that are related to the transactional area of the product or the service. The following essay deals with the review of an article that deal with the relationship that exists within the performance of the Six Sigma projects and the critical success factors within the project. The article also attempts a discussion on the matters that pertain to the interrelationship that exists among the several critical success factors that are related to the Six Sigma activities within the organization. Marzagão and Carvalho (2016) in the article entitled “Critical success factors for Six Sigma projects” discusses the factors that are related to the relationship that exists within the performance of the Six Sigma projects and the critical success factors within the project.
