1. INTRODUCTION
Business communication is termed as a process in which information share among
individuals within an organisation for commercial benefits. In addition with this, business
communication is consider as the manner in which an organisation share information as to make
promotion of their goods and services to targeted base of customers. By undertaking business
communication organisation can effectively able to improve their organisational practicing while
making reduction in unnecessary errors. There are different types of factors that affect smooth
communication. Thus, it is essential to use preventive measures as to overcome barriers and
facilitate good flow of communications.

ORGANIZATION COMMUNICATION
Communication is most important element within an organisation. Within this each and every
essential level include different forms that vary as per according to purposes as well as principles
(Ruesch, 2017). Thus, it becomes essential for management to ensure that smooth and effective
communication prevails within premises as to effectively maximise work productivity. For this it

With the implementation of formal channels of communication within organisational
structure of restaurant company look forward to formulating highly structured workplace
environment. In formal way of communication there are numerous set of measures such as oral,
compiled and written that can be undertaken by restaurant. For this it is essential for top level
management to coordinate with middle, lower and supervisor level of management. With this

Informal communication:
In this form of communication, information mainly takes place in an informal manner. It
has been measured that informal communication spread in a quick manner. In addition, with this,
it is bit difficult to understand diverse source of communication. This led towards impacting an
organisation in an affirmative and antagonistic way. Further this has been identified that informal
communication initiate friendly form of relationship with colleagues. Apart from that it lead
towards spreading rumours very quickly further lead towards creating bad working environment.
Main motive to implement informal communication is that, it facilitate sharing and exchanging
of information in casual and informal way (Berkenkotter and Huckin, 2016). With the help of
this management can effectively able to evaluate honesty and fairness in behaviour of their
employees.
Electronic form of communication:
Within recent working scenario, due to enhancement within technology organisation can
communicate effectively by usage of electronic medium. This form can be either in written or
oral. In context of written, it comprises of memo, emails, presentations, etc. Within oral, it
includes web conferencing, live chats, video conferencing, etc. This can be utilised by marketing
manager of restaurant to communicate effectually with different stakeholders. Apart from this, it
will enable marketing manager to communicate with their customers who are within any country
by the usage of technology. The major purpose of this is to improvise accuracy as well as
efficiency of operations which are carried out by business (Mehrabian, A., (2017).
3. Principles of effective communication
There is a demand of various sets of elements for gaining proficiency in communication.
Employees are involved in process of communication as it is important. If there is lack of good
communication, then this will become hurdle in accomplishing goals and objectives of the
company. Therefore, the marketing manager of resort has formed various set of principles which
will be effective for communication good communication in the organisation will help in

This is connected with effective clarity. The messages provided by the company must be clear so
that they can be understood by all. If there is no clarity in messages, then it leads to delay in

helps in providing information in an appropriate manner. The communicator is able to make
receivers to understand message effectively. When the message is short, receiver is able to
understand message in an appropriate manner. There are less chances of repetition of content

Principle of accuracy: If the communicator wants that communication is strong then it is
important to consider facts and figures appropriately. These help in recognising and reflecting
message in an effective manner. This leads to accuracy and authenticity. Right decisions are
made in this way.
Principle of timeliness: According to this factor, all information and data has to be
communicated in the given time. This helps in acquiring feedbacks and solution for problems
effectively. It helps in performing activities with ease and getting desired results.
Principle of integrity: It is important to have communication that includes various
aspects associated with network and chains. These helps in formative power for communicating
internal as well as external channels.
Principle of strategic use of informal information: Information practices plays an
important role in increasing productivity of results. This provides formulation of communication
in an appropriate manner. This is very helpful for the communicator as it demonstrates strategies

undertaken. In this there is a formative requirement for having proper communication form. This

Communication is acting as one of the most essential elements that helps in transacting
information and data that takes place in two way manner. This consists of various principles that
helps in transformation of communication in an effective manner. The marketing manager of
resort has to identify various kinds of communication practices for performing operations in an
effective manner. The resort manager has to identify various kind of communication practices as
it will help in managing an effective process (Akmajian, 2017). There is need of skilled
employees and training for employees to increase efficiency and effectiveness of functioning of
resort. Also there is need of having best skill for listening that helps in understanding perspective
of people. It is very important for an organisation to have effective communication as this will
help in creating and managing various aspects of business in resort. It is concluded that after
making proper two way communication, feedbacks are assessed. These are taken in oral or
written form. The marketing manager of resort can resolve drawback and different problems
which are faced by consumers. This is helpful in expanding business effectively.

As per the above mentioned report, it has been concluded that communications acts as a
key essential element within an organisational workplace with the help of which effective end
outcomes can be attained. Thus, it is important for organisation to undertake preventive measures
as to facilitate communication in best effective manner. With the help of this organisation can
